Cancelling an order

Express delivery
Tracked and express delivery is available. Tell us the date you need the order when you place it, and we will suggest the fastest option we can offer.
Pick-up
Collection may be possible from our Melbourne dispatch office at 2/578 Plummer St, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207. Call us if you need something in a hurry and we will see whether pick-up is available.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Include your delivery details and any special requirements when you order, or contact us and we will sort out the best option for you.
Refunds and returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
