Collection may be possible from our Melbourne dispatch office. If you are on a tight deadline, call us and we will try to arrange a pick-up or a rush option.

Yes. Tracked and express shipping is available. Tell us the date you need them when you order and we can suggest the fastest option.

In most cases you can split quantities across different colours with no extra fees. If anything extra is needed, we will tell you before production starts.

Our admission wristbands are built for strong security. If you need something beyond a standard band, ask us about extra-secure options.

For time-critical requests, call us. We will check that day’s production and dispatch schedule and tell you what we can do.

We ship worldwide. Add your delivery address and any special requirements when you order, or get in touch via our contact page and we will sort out the best option for you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT and PayPal. If you collect your order in person, cash on collection is also fine.

We want you to be happy with your wristbands. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.
