Write the wording the way you would say it at the stall. If the colour is doing the work, a plain band is enough. If you need a line of text, printed is usually the clearest.

Get a quote with the quantity, the colour, and the event date, or order from the silicone range. We send a proof before anything is produced.

Approve, then give them out
Check the spelling on the proof. After approval, production is usually 3 to 12 days, then we ship. Hand them out at the door, in the pack, or as a thank-you for a donation.
