Plain, in-stock items

If a plain, in-stock order is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will process a full refund. No questions asked.

Customised products

Custom orders are covered the same way. If you are not happy with the finished wristbands, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the day you receive the order to request a return.

Delivery delays

We do not refund for late delivery when the delay is outside our control. That covers postal disruptions, carrier delays, severe weather, and similar events we cannot reasonably prevent.
